EXTREMELY RARE JACK RUBY SIGNED BANK CHECK DATED 2/12/60 IN DALLAS TEXAS, CO-SIGNED BY HIS PARTNER JOE SLATIN IN A DALLAS NIGHTCLUB NAMED THE SOVEREIGN CLUB WHICH WAS LATER RENAMED THE CAROUSEL CLUB. JACK RUBY THE CONVICTED KILLER OF LEE HARVEY OSWALD THE ASSASSIN OF PRESIDENT JOHN F.
