James Swann Etching night in Chicago, Original signed . Very good condition in original frame. Measures overall size 17 1/4 x 15. Sight size is 11 1/2 x 8. Here is some info on the artist.Chicago artist, was noted for his etchings of the city. His 1940 drypoint, ''Night in Chicago,'' an etching of Lake Shore Drive and Michigan Avenue on a stormy night, won the top prize of the Chicago Society of Etchers. His etchings of the Southwest and of Japan also won him prizes and helped him gain an international reputation. Please see pictures as they are part of the description. No returns.
