Near Mint Condition This is the circa 1930's Japanese manufactured and George Borgfeldt of New York NY distributed Mickey and Minnie Mouse on a Seesaw. This toy has a celluloid Mickey and Minnie Mouse with a tin seesaw and base, the counter weight is lead mounted on a small metal rod. The seesaw is operated by a rubber band (included) that is concealed within the center post of the seesaw. The metal clip under the base of the toy is turned to provide tension on the rubber band which causes the seesaw to move in an up and down fashion once placed on a flat surface. Toy is clearly marked "Made in Japan " under the base. This is a hard to find toy in near mint condition that has kept and achieved higher prices through the years. Condition: Near mint with no cracks or restoration to the celluloid and could easily be classified as mint by some collectors. Seesaw and post are original unpainted tin with a tin based factory painted in a blue color. All International shipments will be sent Express Mail insured via USPS unless the buyer requests another form of shipment. Seller not responsible for packages shipped without insurance. Refunds for damage in shipping can only be made if the package is insured. Shipping without insurance voids the return policy. All items are tested for operation prior to listing on our website or EBAY and prior to shipment. All items are packed to provide maximum protection. We NEVER charge a handling fee. All items are shipped on FRIDAYS ONLY, payments made or received after Friday will be shipped the following Friday. All sales have a 3-day return policy only if the item is grossly misrepresented. Conditions for return: Please contact us immediately by email or telephone to notify us of your intention to return. You will receive shipping instructions and a Return Authorization (R/A) Number. Packages returned without an R/A number will not be accepted. You may return the item by sending it back to us within 3 days of signing for the package, no extensions. Insurance is required for the full purchase price on the package both to and from the buyer. The buyer must have a confirmed shipping address. The returned item must be the same item sold in the same condition with the same packaging from the original purchaser or the return will be void. Returns will be made on the purchase price of the item only excluding all shipping and EBAY fees. Please allow 15 business days for processing of any refund.
