Johnson Bros.Old Britain Castles - Blue & White Tureen Description: Just fabulous Johnson Bros. Blue & White Tureen with lid. This is the Old Britain Castle pattern and is no longer available - it is discontinued. This is an absolutely gorgeous dish! The Tureen has blue & white flowers along with Berry Pomeroy and Raby Castle 1792. Each scene is titles on tureen. The lid has a square knob. This is a gorgeous piece that is absolutely lovely to display! Dimensions: 17 1/2"long, 5" deep without lid, 11 1/2"wide Condition : Near Mint - never used Dates / Marks : Marked on the bottom - Castle symbol / Old Britain Castles Made in England by Johnson Bros. /All decoration under the glaze is permanent & acid resisting color a Genuine Hand Engraving.
