Lot of 11, showing progression/changes to these premium cards as the concept was worked on. 1950s. Lot includes four hand-colored 1.75x2.5" cards, each features all original art. Cards are hand-numbered on backs and include - 3-4, 6, 8 and have small Tom Corbett image on backs along w/hand-lettered text about the premium offer as well as text concerning image/scene on front of card. Exc. These cards come w/two bw stats featuring image from the prototype cards. One has moderate margin staining and is VG while other is VF/Exc. 3.75x4-7/8" stat features four card images (all different) that have been hand-colored. Exc. Four 2-3/8x3.75" stats for card backs 1-8 (featuring different title text from others, two per stat). Glue staining to backs, but VF overall. An incredible and unique item for both space and non-sport card collectors. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
