Description: The core of this Tactile Fossil paperweight is brown with green aquatic grass, two starfish and other fossils in various colors along with two dichroic partial fish. Signed "KOG WPW 006 4/07 Jon M Wolfe" . Condition: New Artist: Jon M. Wolfe, Kokomo Opalescent Glass Measurements: 3.75in d. x 3.5in h This fine work of art was created at the historic Kokomo Opalescent Glass factory of Kokomo, Indiana. Kokomo Glass is the oldest manufacturer of colored sheet glass in the world, with documented sales to Louis C. Tiffany. The glass used to make these paperweights used the same family formulas, the same time-tested technology and even sand from the same quarry.
