Vintage Kyosho R/C Truck I believe this is a Kyosho Outlaw truck but am not 100% sure. It is a nice truck and I'm sure with a little tweaking it can be an Awesome runner. I've upgraded the mechanical speed control with a Losi ESC that has settings for Lipo and NiCad batteries. The radio is an Associated XP3D 3ch Computer radio that can be fine tuned to your preferences and has multiple model memory. It also has a removable RF module to upgrade to 2.4ghz systems if you would like. It uses 8 AA batteries that are not included.I have a nearly new Dynamite Prophet Plus LCD battery charger. It has AC/DC inputs so you can charge at home or at the track with a car battery. Adjustable charge rates let you control the speed of charging and trickle charging.I have 3- 7.2v NiCad batteries included1 Dynamite 1800mah battery that has been used about 5 times1 Chinese battery that works okay but doesn't live up to its rating1 older battery that works but is kind of a dudIt currently has a brushed motor that I think has seen better days. It is very fast on tarmac but lags in the grass. It may be the gear ratio, I'm not sure. In the street it's super fast and I loved jumping it onto the grass from my driveway.Over all this is a great setup for a beginner that wants to get into the hobby and has plenty of room for upgrades to really make it a rocket.
