Please read: you are not getting the entire #10197 set! You are getting everything except the truck, minifigs and manuals . NONE of the minifigs, manuals or tru ck is included with this sale! The set has not been put together or played with at all. So basically you are getting the entire building and all building parts. You will be getting everything needed to build the building as shown in the photo plus of course the base. The only things you won't be getting are the minifigs, anything the specific minifigs are wearing (if a minifig is wearing a helmet then it stays with the minifig and it is not included; if the h elmet is part of the building then it stays with the bu ilding and it is included ), the truck, and anything that is attached to the truck . You also won't be getting the manuals or original box. $15.00 shipping, packing, and handling for the 48 contiguous UnitedStates and also insurance is provided at my cost. Due to an excessively high percentage of lost or misdirected packages, I am sorry to report that I can no longer ship to AK, HI, PR, GU or APO/AE. Thanks so much for looking and have a great day!
