Note: this item has damage - staining to the velvet (see more details below)**Pat Leonetta Miniature Dollhouse Victorian Couch~Sofa~Loveseat~Love Seat~Light Blue Velveteen~!* 1:12. This is a vintage artisan item for collectors, probably made in the 1980s, signed by the artisan, Pat Leonetta. Pat was known for her marvelous Victorian tufted furniture.Note only the BLUE SOFA is included in this auction - other items are for display only! See my other auctions for items in last photo.This estate item has some damage in the velvet - a brown staining all over. Could be a perfect item for a Halloween Haunted setting OR cover up the stains with lace antimacassars. Wonderfully crafted with detailed tufting, carved details. Don't know how it got stained, was purchased with the other chairs in the photo, owner did not smoke- there is no smell to these. Just this blue piece had the stains, the others are perfect. I have not tried to clean off the stain.**~ Note this is a collectible miniature item - not intended for children under 10 ~**
