Lethal Weapon 3 Pinball Machine by Data East All the electronics work and the machine was looked over by a pinball tech to make suire it is 100% operational. All of the playfield items including the pop-bumpers, sling shots, kick-out saucers, drop targets, stationary targets, roll-overs, light sockets, generral illumination lights, special lights, flashing lights, coin door coin slots (both of them), coin release, tilt, and of course the video display work 100%. The video display is bright, sharp and t are absolutely NO DEAD SPOTS. The pop bumpers are lively and the flippers are strong and have no problem sending the ball up the ramp or whipping the ball around the outter field perimeter. The cabinet has a few pings and chips and some paint-overs from the previous owner but overall in relatively good condition for a game this age. The playfield is mylared and none of the paint at the saucers or sling shots is missing or worn. The plastics have a few chips missing (i.e. chip in left slingshot corner, and some plastic missing near the stationary targets on the left side by the Number 1 kick-out saucer. T are no instructional cards. Note that because the center targets were replaced due to breakage from repeated ball hits, they are missing the bulls-eye stickers. Finally, the blue emergency light cover on top is cracked. Modifications/Upgrades - The original speaker system was replaced by a Sub-woofer and speaker upgrades by Pinball Pro (Part SW-3V). The cabinet speaker now has an upgraded 150-watt, 8-inch sub-woofer. The volume control is located within the backbox on the sound circuit board. The left and right backbox speakers were replaced with upgraded TR-3 speakers by Pinball Pro. Again, the volume control is located within the backbox. Spare Set of NOS Slingshot Plastics - The game will come with a spare, left and right, NOS sling shot plastics if you want to replace the ones on the machine. Maintenance - The machine has been maintained during my ownership. I have access to a 15-year veteran pinball tech who has inspected the machines electric operation. I also have brand new rubbers (black color as opposed to white) for the machine which I can install if requested. The machine will be cleaned and waxed before leaving my house. You will also get replacement bulbs. Also included is a copy of the owners manual. General Game Play - The new speaker system is extremely loud and definately enhances the playing experience. This pinball machine was an excellent candidate for speaker and sound enhancements because of the up-tempo lively music it plays. In addition, musical sound clips by ZZ-top and C & C Music Factory and the factory music is excellent and adds energy to the play. Overall the sound is no less than excellent, the animations are challenging and top-notch, in Crazy Riggs mode Mel Gibson says "Hey Mo", and t is a double and even a quadruple jackpot mode. The game also has the ability to stack and/or play multiple modes at the same time. The game is sold as is. The machine will leave my site fully functional and operational. Payment must be made within 7 calendar days from the end of auction if paying by Paypal or 10 calendar days if paying by money order or bank check or the item will be relisted for sale or unless other arrangements are made.
