This is a Lionel 1664E 2-4-2 Steam Locomotive and Tender from 1938-1942. Features include die-cast metal construction, a powerful motor with reverse, operating headlight, metal wheels and axles. This locomotive and tender have been repainted gunmetal and gold with the #221. The tender does not feature a whistle. The locomotive and tender have a few minor nicks under the paint on the marker lights and edges of the shell, and couple minor scratches on tender; but they look good. This item has been inspected and serviced by our authorized Lionel service station, and is in great operating condition. Please see picture for service details. Overall condition is Very Good+.
