Lionel 2018 engine- 1 owner, -027 stamped on bottom -as you know, this is a heavy, solid, beautiful American made product, --original box, one end has a tear (the other was never opened) -a train man said this was excellent cond- but it certainly would be vgc -last out of box @ 1960's - @ Christmas -I will include tracking @ post. -non smoking family owned Update on how the train runs- (it has not been run since the 60's) Took it to a friend who has a train set up w/3 tracks; he oiled it a bit, grease where appropriate -light works -green light works -forward -backward -did not put in smoke tablet, but i remember it smoking when my dad used it back in 60's -picked up speeds easily enough; appeared a tad slow at low speeds @ cornering (he thinks it just needs run, maybe cleaned) I noticed an occaisonal spark around bends, he said prob. a little dirt- Sorry, forgot to add date- it was run on the 20th and -spark from bottom of wheel
