Up for your consideration is a Lionel 2245-17 pilot truck to the front end of the locomotive. Note: This NOT the correct pilot for a postwar 2245 Texas Special locomotive. This was produced way later. Its new but has a few small paint chips so look at the photos closely. This can easily be repainted any color for almost any newer Lionel F3 diesel.
