Lionel No. 249E / 265T Steam Loco in Gunmetal. Both the engine and tender have been restored. The engine is complete and I believe all the parts to be original. The markers are dirty and there is some corrosion on the headlight trim. There is also evidence of corrosion on the cab window, side rods and wheels on the right side of the engine. The number plate on the right side is corroded to the point that it is not readable. The drive wheels are original, but have exploded and do not turn. As a result the engine does not run. The motor is complete, but the engine does not run due to the drive wheel issues. The tender is complete with the exception of the box coupler. There is no surface rust or corrosion on the tender.
