In Stock and Ready to Ship! This is a Lionel 252 Crossing Gate from the Postwar Era. The 252 was a mainstay of the Lionel line throughout the 1950s and 60s and a model very similar to it remains in production today. As the train passes, the gate lowers when triggered by a track contactor. The gate also has a light in it that illuminates the red lenses on the gate assembly. It measures approximately 10 inches in length. Two red lenses have been replaced. This gate shows some wear and the prop on the end is slightly bent. No contactor is included. Overall condition is Very Good. The Trainz SKU for this item is 3262010.
