ProductDescription: This is a 12 - Wheel, 2671W, Tender with a New York Central shell. The coal load appears "real" as opposed to "simulated". The Sides are beginning to show some wear although that has NOT compromised the lettering. Aword about Su-Premium Station – 1000 (SPS - 1000) SPS tests and inspects all of the equipment that it sells. This goes beyond the e-bay criteria of just looking at the aesthetics of any item. This criteria includes: 1. Visual examination, (As described above) 2. Working viability via a test run on our O-27 test track for performance, (OK for O-27 Ga. track w/o switches.) 3. If a tender, whistle performance and roller pick-up if so provided, (All AOK; no discernible wear on the roller pick-up.) Note: Items are rated Mint, New, Like New, Excellent, very good and good although not according to LCA criteria. SPS will not sell anything considered fair or poor unless explicitly stated. Although something is sold “Mint/New”, SPS will perform the aforementioned inspections and tests as items may have been damaged during shipment to our facility. These units are still retain their classification except for the test run and are shipped with the utmost care. Tests are performed by our Chief Mechanical Engineer who does this to protect the buyer from items that just look good but have performance issues once bought. THERE ARE NO PERFORMANCE ISSUES WITH THIS ITEM! Conditions of Sale/Returns: SPS will accept returns if the item does not reflect the appropriate description in its advertisement will compensate 100% of the items cost except the cost of return shipping. SPS will not accept returns that are due to buyer’s remorse. Upon a return, SPS will “retest” the item. If SPS decides, at their discretion, that the item meets the ad’s requirements, only 90% of the original cost of the item will be refunded due to a 10% restocking fee. Should an item not perform or the performance is questionable, the buyer is requested to contact the SPS as soon as possible for resolution before leaving any unfavorable feedback. SPS will work with the buyer for an acceptable resolution that is mutually agreeable to both parties. Should the buyer default on payment within 3 days, the item will be placed back onto e-bay or be offered to the second runner up, known as the “second chance offer”. Taxes: Florida residents will pay a 6.5% sales tax on any items. Shipping Rates: Items may be shipped via Standard Post, a.k.a., Parcel Select, First Class or via Priority Mail depending upon which is the least expensive to the potential buyer. Should the price difference be the same or close, SPS – 1000 will ship it the fastest way possible and absorb the difference assuming that the difference is small. Extreme care is taken when items are packed and shipped. This includes boxes, bubble wrap, Styrofoam wrap or peanuts. Shipping rates that are quoted apply to the lower 48 only. For those shipments that are made to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska, please add 50% to the shipping cost that would be applicable to the contiguous United States. No international shipments, please! Payment: Pay Pal accepted only. No checks or other credit cards. Discount on multiple items: Should a buyer purchase one or more items on at the same auction deadline, shipping costs will be revised accordingly. SPS will inform the buyer of the changes in shipping. Please note that shipping costs on multiple items are greatly reduced; therefore, the buyer is encouraged to combine items if possible.
