A noble attempt to make Lionel look like 1/4 - scale; paint and detail is excellent; project done in 1970 while in college; discovered "O-Scale" shortly afterward; no glazing for windshields; port hole windows lost (there are after market replacements); Pilot is fixed to simulate scale; attached with GOO; Decals show age but are salvageable; prototypical nose grab irons installed; A unit powered; B unit - dummy. Actually a good[excellent] looking model of the Black Widow paint scheme. Contact me if you desire additional photo angles......... This was formerly D&RGW # 2379...worth a lot more than listed.....Original boxes included; will pack safely.....AW 2/13/11; A unit has two vertical motors; horn missing as I probably took out to fix 40+ years ago; everything else is original 2379 chassis..AW
