Lionel 8063 Seaboard Plastic Shell Lionel 8063 Seaboard Plastic Shell It has brass or copper inserts where the screws go, which I haven't seen before; but not really familiar with a lot of this stuff. Also don't know what year it is from, probably '80's or '90's. I bought it as new old stock at a TCA meet many years ago and just never got to a project that I bought it for.
