LIONEL #8957/#8958 BURLINGTON NORTHERN GP-20's Offered for sale is a powered and dummy set of Lionel #8957/#8958 Burlington Northern GP-20's which was only produced in 1979. These very realistic-looking BN GP-20's are given a rarity rating of "3" in the TM Guide. Both of t hese diesel engines are in Excellent Plus condition and all original; and they are exceptionally clean with minute scratches or nicks, but with no cracks, dents, rust or warpage. They both appear to have been run, but with less than average wear. These BN engines have perfect white lettering and crisp markings, and they proudly wear the black, green and white color scheme of the Burlington Northern Railroad . The powered unit comes with a Pullmor motor, a three-position E-unit, illuminated number plates and headlight, and operating couplers, while the dummy unit comes with interior illumination and operating couplers. They also come with aged, worn and somewhat stained, original MPC window boxes.
