This transformer is in great shape, and has been checked and cleaned. I've been repairing trains and transformers for the last 40 years and my transformers work great or I don't sell them. The whistle control and the direction control won't give you any trouble, and the handles are not broken. I will enclose a copy of the instruction sheet. These 1033's are good and reliable. Make sure you have a good working transformer. Shipping will be $12.50, and I ship promptly upon payment.
