This Lionel 9324 Tootsie Roll 1 Dome Tanker is in fair condition! There are no chips, cracks or breaks. The chassis appears to have been exposed to heat - it is warped on one side. One wheel is broken off the truck and there is some rust and oxidation on the metal. With a new truck and a good cleaning this car will make a great runner for your layout or be a great addition to the first train set for the youngster in your life! If you want more pictures just ask and we will put more up for you to see. This is runner grade ,not collector grade . That is my opinion. Our Five Star Service Pledge: 1. We charge a $2.50 domestic and $3.50 international handling fee to cover the costs of new shipping materials (bubble wrap, peanuts, tape, shipping labels, printer ink, etc). We have to purchase these shipping materials - we can get free boxes, but the rest of the shipping materials we have to pay for out of our pocket. Because we carefully pack all items in new material so that they arrive to you in good condition we have not had any complaints about items being damaged due to improper packing. This fee is included in the shipping charges - if you 50/$3.50 fee. OUR POLICIES We accept Paypal Only !!! No personal checks. Payments must be made within 3 days of auction ending. Shipping and Return Policy We include pictures and offer the chance to get more pictures for you to see before bidding. Please bid accordingly for the images that you see in the listing. If there is something you that you can't see or determine , please request more pictures. All non paying winners of our auctions will be charged relisting fees and any more bids from them will NOT be accepted under any circumstances. Shipping and handling is based on weight and zip code . If you purchase more than one item at the same time and they can be shipped in the same box, we will offer combined shipping - this amount will be determined at the end of the auction and will be included in the invoice sent to you- PLEASE do not pay for your items until we have sent you an invoice so that we can accurately determine shipping charges!!!!!
