This Postwar piece may need to be cleaned from being stored for many years with my Father's collection...It ran on my 3 ft test track but I wasn't able to test the horn...I believe that someone with a trained eye can decide the condition from the pictures...I don't feel I am qualified to give an accurate grade but it looks to be in good shape for its age....Will be happy to answer any questions and welcome any input on this piece.... Buyer to pay shipping...Posted rate is for US only but will ship out of country....
