A BEAUTFUL CLASSIC BY LIONEL" bidding on a number #254 applegreen tinplate locomotive from the pre-war era 1924-32 era . this 0-4-0 electric style locomotive is a rare find in this condition; please note this locomotive was made in the U.S.A. not a reproduction but sorry to say does not have orginal box. A great locomotive that will look great pulling your favorite tinplate freight or passenger cars on period three rail track. Please note this locomotive has detail parts on board with classic bi-directional lights on locomotive ends / with orange striping and small lock down doors highlighted . This locomotive has a lot of brass detail parts ; note this 254 #needs TLC to make her run again with a little extra work she be the pride of your collection or operating period layout . This pc. has a small dent ( did not break the paint ) on cab roof. A great locomotive for the collector. !
