All-Original Lionel Postwar 2028 Pennsylvania GP-7 Diesel Locomotive. Made only in 1955, this is the Type III variation with no rivets through the handrail, which makes for a very clean look. - Gold frame is in very nice shape with arrow-straight railings. Only a few turning marks and very minor playwear - Shell is very nice with no cracks or breaks. Only minor playwear in a couple spots- Original lettering is very crisp on both sides. The only exceptions are the "P" in "PENNSYLVANIA" on the left side and the first "A" in "PENNSYLVANIA" on the right side. - Magnetraction is VERY strong- Motor is smooth and powerful- E-unit cycles F-N-R perfectly every time- Original wiring is still soft and pliable- Interior lighting works perfectly- Both couplers operate perfectly- Pick-up rollers and wheels show very little use- Trucks are very clean with no discoloration or rust This locomotive is from my own personal collection and nothing has been touched-up, restored or otherwise messed with.
