Lionel Type ZW 275 watt Trainmaster multicontrol transformer - recently serviced and in very good condition . I will skip the outline of all of the features of the ZW because if you are reading this you probably know what one is. Instead, I will do my best to describe this ZW transformer: It was professionally serviced in February, and the only time I have plugged it in since was to take the photos for this listing. The original cord and circuit breaker were inspected/tested and determined to be in good working condition. Both rectifiers were replaced. The carbon rollers were checked and one was replaced. The arms that hold the carbon rollers are properly aligned. The binding posts are tight and secure, and all have binding nuts. The lenses and bulbs are probably replacements. It is quiet when it is plugged in. On the outside, the bakelite case is not chipped or scratched - appears to have been gently used and well cared-for. The case has a nice satin patina. The lettering is clear and very legible, even the index marks on the silver rings between the controls on each side are clearly visible. There is no damage to the control arms, tabs, or buttons.
