Bailey are the work of a fine artist by the name of William Paskell - Born: 1866 Died: 1951. Painting: 18" x 23" Original frame: 23 1/2" x 28 1/2" (Boston Framer's label on reverse) Listed in Davenport's as T. Bailey where the name tracks to $880. (see photo) Listed on findartinfo as T. Bailey where the name tracks to $1,000. William Paskell sold many of his works to the buyer who put them out as T. Bailey.
