Los Angeles Police Department Lithograph By Disney Legend Sam McKim This beautiful masterpiece entitled "To Protect and To Serve" was created by the late veteran Walt Disney Artist and Disney Legend, Sam McKim in honor of the men and women of one of the finest law enforcement agencies in the United States, The Los Angeles Police Department. Lithograph depicts 24 authentic scenes of Los Angeles Police Officers meeting the needs of the community with Experience, Care and Dedication. The L.A.P.D. badge proudly takes center stage, beautifully embossed in silver/blue/gold foil. Below it, the Year the Department was established: 1869. Image size measures 18"x 24" and the overall size of this exceptional piece of art measures 21” wide by 29” high. These beautiful lithographs have graced the movie sets of such films as “Falling Down” starring Michael Douglas and Robert Duval, and “Showtime” starring Robert Deniro and Eddie Murphy plus several television shows and specials.
