An interesting lot of vintage seed/gardening/florist catalogues dating from 1901 to 1936. A brief description of each follows but please note that the lot is sold "as is" and that they have the typical wear and tear you would expect from catalogues of this age. I won't go into great detail when describing condition of each one unless t is something more significant to note. You will receive:MILLS SEED HOUSE~1912 : Pretty color cover featuring sweet peas. Color plates on both sides of the front and back cover and a few more inside. It contains 88 pages and is in delicate shape. As you can see, it got attacked by something with teeth at some point. T is some light mildew and tears. All is in-tact. It measures 10 1/2" by 8". GOOD GARDENING~1936 : This one was printed in England and features roses on the cover. 63 pages with lots of photos and a couple in color. Considerable wear and tear but everything is intact. It measures 11 1/2" by 8". JOHN LEWIS CHILDS~1922 & 1923 : Two wonderful catalogues measuring 10" by 7". 64 pages with color on both sides of the front and back covers. Both are fully intact with typical wear and dogeared pages. THIRTY YEARS WITH FRUITS AND FLOWERS : No date that I could find but it is earlier than the rest...probably early 1900's. It measures 10" by 6 3/4" and is in nice shape with everything intact. VAUGHAN' S BOOK FOR FLORISTS~1901 : Very interesting catalog containing 31 pages. This one is full of not only flowers and plants but also every imaginable florist tool/aid you can think of. Check out the page with all of those wonderful wicker baskets we love! It measures 10 1/2" by 8" and is in good shape with all pages intact. A really nice collection of antique gardening/floral magazines for one price! Refunds will be offered if I fail to mention something significant in my photos or description. I am always willing to work with my buyers so please contact me immediately if t are any problems with your item. Delivery confirmation is included in the quoted shipping cost. Insurance is optional in most cases but may be required for breakable and high dollar items. Your invoice will reflect the insurance rates. Contact to confirm sale is required in 3 days and payment is due in 7 days. Small and lightweight items can be shipped more economically via first class mail. If your package qualifies for first class mail this will be the first shipping option. Priority shipping is always available as the second shipping option. On larger packages priority mail will be the first choice and parcel post the second.
