Some building might be N scale.Shipping these buildings is tricky. I use bubble pack and styrofoam 'peanuts'. Because of the fragile nature of these buildings it is reasonable to assume that some little pieces may come loose. Some of the people figures have been added by me and are loose. The same for the bales of cotton. If you are not prepared to fix slight damages or glue the people in place please DO NOT offer for them.Please email with questions.I have been commissioned to liquidate the dollhouse and railroad trains and accessories of the estate of an avid collector.
