You are bidding on a LOT of mostly souvenir type spoons. Some are newer (within 10-30 years) and some are older. Most are silver plated - however there are some copper and pewter spoons in this group. I do not know if there's any .800 or sterling silver spoons in this set - don't believe anything is marked that, but I haven't tested all the spoons - so there's a chance there's a few that may have some silver content. Also, on the older spoons, I haven't looked up all of them to see if anything is antique - I suspect the majority of the older spoons are just post World War II, but there may be a few that are older. I've taken 7 pictures here but can send individual spoon pictures as requested. Within this lot there are actually 194 spoons and 6 mini forks and 1 small knife. I've seperated these in 3 categories: foreign (something showing country, city or landmark), misc/variety (these show either a person, theme or place of interest) and United States (individual states, cities or landmarks). The seperation of the categories is not an exact science, but made some sense to me. Here's the details: 7 - Little/mini forks and knife - pictures 2 & 3 at top 44 - Foreign country spoons.
