Gorgeous gilt detailed Holy Card from Holland. Framed to protect, the parchment like paper card has been add to a backing for stability. Has a matte finish, not glossy. Please see close-up of the lovely details. Marked J Duchine, imprinted in Holland. The artist's name i cannot read. Nothing on reverse. It depicts St John the Baptist as a very young child calling on the Blessed Mother and Child. An angel holding a large crucifix attends. The halo and Sacred Fire are done in gilt gold. Mary's hand points to the Sacred Heart on the Child. Measures 3.75" by 5" along outside of vintage grey painted wood frame. Little brass hanger on the top. This is a vintage item.
