This used but in good condition Lundby made in Sweden dollhouse measures: 28" LONG x 11" DEEP x 17" AT THE TALLEST. This house has 5.5 rooms. Roof and chimney in great condition. Electric wiring provided. 3 windows in great condition. 3 rooms were re-wallpapered. 2.5 rooms have original carpet. 3 rooms have been re-carpeted. Chair rail in staircase room is not original. Some wear on the walls from hanging pictures or lighting. Ceiling in good condition but has some marks from hanging lighting. Stairs and stair rail both in excellent condition. 3 doors and their handle are all in great condition. . Electrical outlets in each room work. Structure in great condition made from plywood and some plastic framing from pet/smoke free home. Sold as is and no returns. I have Lundby furniture and two electrical adapters and lighting sold in my other auctions. Weighs 9 lbs.
