Antique Solar Cycle Bicycle Motorcycle Motor Lamp calcium carbide gas acetylene light.This lamp is in excellent original unrestored condition for it's age.It was found in an attic along with the box, but the box was in such poor condition that is was not saved.I got it in "As found" condition.The insides have never been cleaned since it appears the lamp has never been lite or had carbide in it.I did polish/wax the outside.The metal rim around the front glass lens does have a spot where it was bumped at sometime and distorted the metal a bit. This is at about the 4 o'clock position (see photos). There is also some slight corrosion to the metal ring that holds the front glass lens in and some to the nickel plating in that area and some other areas, but you must look close to see it.The glass lens and the green and red side jewels are like new,The adjusting knob turns freely.keywords: CM Hall co. company calcium carbide Kenosha Wis.
