M65 (Model of 1965) field jacket. Genuine U.S. military issue. Made by Cherokee Industries, Inc. in 1975. QUARPEL water repellant treatment. Hood zippers into collar. Cold weather flap that protects hand folds up into sleeve. Olive green OG107 color. Made of 50 cotton/50 nylon. New, unused condition. Replaces the 100% cotton M51 (Model of 1951) field jacket.. The M65 is more durable than the older M51, especially in the sleeve cuff.
