Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan Lodge 40 OA Flap 2001 National Jamboree GOLD Border. There are 7 flap border colors from Northeast Illinois Council for the 2001 National Jamboree. This GOLD border was the color for staff members of the Jamboree from NEIC. So these are rare compared to the blue/red/green borders that members of each troop received. Order of the Arrow Makajawan Lodge 40 is the Lodge representing the Boy Scouts of Northeast Illinois Council. Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan absorbed Noo-Ti-Mis-Oh'ke Lodge 215 and Wabaningo Lodge 248.
