CHAMPION CHAMPION MIX OF MARBLES were bought at an estate sale and are in near-mint condition, with a few factory imperfections.Year 1970s. Size 17/32" to 5/8". FIVE are HOT and GLOW. 2006 New Marble Book, Schiffer Books American Machine Made Marbles by Dean Six, Susie Metzler, and Michael Johnson shows some of the CHAMPION MARBLES on pages 58-67. Great history book on marbles. . (See under "Identification Guide" or page 49 of Greenberg's Guide to Marbles for more info and a photos.) Most of these marbles were sent to the Glass House of London in England at the time they were made, so they're quite hard to find. Thanks for looking & happy bidding!
