Longtime NFL quarterback Mark Brunell spent two of his 17 NFL seasons with the New Orleans Saints, largely backing up incumbent starter and future Hall of Famer Drew Brees. During Brunell's tenure with the team, they reached Super Bowl XLIV, held on February 7th, 2010. The Saints defeated the Indianapolis Colts by a score of 31 - 17, handing New Orleans its first Super Bowl title in franchise history. Presented here is a collection of 13 items given to and used by Mark Brunell during the days before Super Bowl XLIV. Included in this lot are two game day bus passes with Saints lanyards, a Super Bowl pre-event credential and keycard, a black Reebok duffle bag, a New Orleans Saints Super Bowl champions towel, a Super Bowl XLIV bathrobe, a white Reebok Super Bowl XLIV windbreaker jacket, a blue Super Bowl XLIV crewneck sweatshirt, two Super Bowl XLIV game towels, a Super Bowl XLIV stadium collection game program, and a khaki Super Bowl XLIV baseball cap with "11" written on the underside of the brim in back pen. These items come with a LOA from Mark Brunell himself.
