This Marx Army Barracks is a reissued version of the old (early 1950s) Marxville barracks. It was similar to "O" gauge Plasticville in that it snaps together (although with a little more work). It comes in 6 hard plastic olive green pieces, 4 walls, roof and fire escape. When assembled it measures 8" long, 5" wide and 4" high at peek. The figures (not included, shown only for size comparison) in the last picture stand 1 3/8" for the Army men and 1 5/8" for the Airport men. Hope that helps with the scale.
