Marx train SetDescriptionHere is a great looking Marx pre-war electric train "O" Gauge Mercury New York Central metal/Tin streamlined electric passenger train set. I believe it is complete, however I know nothing about trains, and I'm sure there are lots of pieces you could have added to it, but I think it was a set. There are 5 coach's, one locomotive, one observation(caboose?) 13 train tracks and the transformer. It is . The following cars are NYC and their names:Streamlined Mercury steam locomotive New York Central Car NYC Baggage and Mail car Detroit Coach Toledo Coach Another Toledo Coach Chicago coach ConditionThe cars fit together very nicely as do the tracks. The wheels turn nicely and are unrestricted. The train is untested as the transformer's connection to train wires are freyed and need new wiring. electrical plug looks fine with no freying or tears. The train has paint scratches which would be indicative of the age of this train.I have taken good photos so please take a look.
