Matchbox Mercedes-Benz TV News Van with white body and Eurosport livery. This model is a hand painted mock up with decals on the sides and would have used for marketing purposes and for the factory to make the tampo printing plates etc. The model was never released with this livery. This is a prototype / pre-production model from an ex-Lesney Matchbox employee. Approx. 1/64st scale and 70mm long. It was made in the UK research and development department. The body and base are normal production castings with base lettering etc. The body and base are held together with a screw at the front. Made in Thailand base. I will contact the buyer when the item has finished to advise total cost including postage, postage will be by Royal Mail signed for service.
