One of the two LARGEST coins struck under the Maccabee kings, the other is the 8 prutah coin of the same king. Mattathias Antigonus, 40-37 BC, bronze four prutahs of 20.2 mm, 7.13 grams. Obverse: Single cornucopia, Hebrew, nicely centered. Reverse: Greek within wreath. Reference: Hendin 1163.
