Here we have an early medicine bottle with a tapered top and tubular open pontil. It is very boldly embossed "MCCOMBIE'S COMPOUND RESTORATIVE" on three of the eight sides of the bottle. The medicine stands 6 1/4" tall and is blue aqua in color. The applied top was crudely formed to the neck, giving a bent appearance that can be seen in the photos. This is another privy dug bottle with overall stain, but no form of damage.
