In Stock and Ready to Ship. Please use picture to judge condition. I am not sure, but I do not believe the old Mego's were sealed in anyway so you can lift top and slide the tray out and remove him from the box. I got this in a collection so I cannot tell you if he's ever been removed, but I'd say yes just to be safe. The clear window on the box is detached on the left side as it seems the adhesive has aged and no longer adheres to the cardboard. ( See Pic 3) Batman's left leg seems to have a dark spot on it. I tried to show this in picture 5. Still a very nice display piece and hang tab in back has never been lifted up.
