DESCRIPTION We are presenting an amazing metal industrial style stacking bookcase. It is a barrister or lawyer's bookcase and has 3 sections. It measures 48" tall, 33" wide, and 10 3/4" deep. It measures 23" tall to the top of the bottom section, the middle section is 12" tall, and the top section is 12 3/4" tall. It has a slide up glass doors with iron knobs. The doors all work smoothly and are easy to slide up into the open position. You could easily add more sections for more books or storage if you desired. The sections of this piece sit on a raised platform with legs to give a more open feel. It is light grey in color. It has light rust on the edges and could be very easily painted to any color. This piece could be sandblasted and then finished in a clear lacquer to give that special metal look that is sought after in todays decorating scheme. It could go equally well in a home, studio apartment, or any office. Lucky buyer will have a very special piece to decorate with, in, and around. One that you could enjoy for many years to come. Our descriptions are very critical of the piece we are selling but you still may want more information . Quite frankly, you're buying a piece, sight unseen, and the only thing you can go on is the description and your "feel" on the person who's selling it. We'd rather have a very satisfied customer because because I'm overly critical of the piece we're selling, than an unsatisfied customer because we omitted something the buyer should know about. Please note that all large items are for sale in our 11,000 square foot antique store and subject to prior sale. T is no other way to handle this. Once a bid has been placed that meets our opening bid in a No Reserve Auction, or meets our Reserve in a Reserve Auction, the item is marked in our store as sold and no one will permitted to buy it after that time except an EBAY bidder. We've been antique dealers for over 25 years and buy thousands of items each month making it necessary to move things out so we can move things in.
