One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Slip-Trailed Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "B.C. MILBURN / ALEXA," Virginia origin, circa 1850, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and rounded rim, decorated around the shoulder with five slip-trailed cobalt tulips. Crazing and hairlines throughout much of surface and rim. A 1 1/4" base chip and other small base chips.
