This is true mint Stanley No. 750 Wood Chisel that I hate to part with. It is the most perfect mint Stanley wood chisel I have ever owned! If I have no bids by midnight on Dec 16th I'm keeping the darn thing! This great Stanley Chisel is 10 inches full original length with a 1/2 inch wide blade. The metal is in nice shiny condition with only light aging, and the tip is factory edge sharp. The top end has never been hammered. The stellar hickory hardwood wood handle is the nicest I've ever owned with superb woodgrain and no signs of use as shown in the pictures. Unlike about 80% of the Stanley No. 750 Wood Chisels of it's era, it did not get the over application of factory staining, allowing the nice wood grain to show through, which it is why it was one of the dozen like it I kept for many years. Book Value is $10 - $100 on a Stanley No. 750 wood chisel, and this one clearly grades at the higher end of that range because of it's true pure mint condition and wonderful wood handle! No Reserve because I got it at a fair price and want it to go to a true collector who will appreciate it, or a real carpenter, woodworker, or cabinetmaker who will put it to good woodworking use.
