You are viewing and bidding on an Excellent Condition, Autographed RAWLINGS Official American League (ROA) Baseball. This Ball was signed by Outfielder MITCH WEBSTER. This MLB Baseball (ROA-Bobby Brown) is AUTOGRAPHED in blue ink across the 'sweet spot'. The signature is well centered side to side and top to bottom on the sweet spot, in excellent condition with creamy white leather all around, no smears and no apparent imperfections. Mitch had a solid 10+ year Major League career. He was a highly touted rookie, drafted in '77 by the Dodgers and he played for the Toronto Blue Jays, Montreal Expos, Chicago Cubs, Pittsburgh Pirates, Los Angeles Dodgers and Cleveland Indians while in the Big Leagues. Mitch had several injuries during his career but was always a reliable switch hitter. In 1986, he led the NL in triples. He is currently a Director of Scouting in the KC Royals system. The baseball in this auction is about 20 years old but it is in excellent condition, as described above. This official baseball is inexpensive enough for a novice or unique enough for an experienced collector. This auction has a very low starting bid and the postal cost has also been kept low.
