This item is a MKT Railroad marked lantern manufactured by Dressel Arlington NJ. It was used on the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway "Katy". The frame is in very good condition. The Dressel "heavy Duty Railroad lantern" was a single guard, short globe lantern which was available with a burner for a 5/8' wick or a burner for a 7/8" wick. The font, burner and wick are missing. It is a clear globe with no markings. There are some minor chips in the globe but no cracks (see photos). I accept Paypal only. Any questions please email. Good luck and thanks for looking.
