Offered for sale: Amber glass Ball Vase or Paperweight, with Gold flecks Murano Italy art glass, Mid-Century, vintage about 4" diameter Vintage, pre-owned, very nice--no chips or cracks, very light use marks on ground bottom--hard to see, do not affect the look or usefulness. Round ball shape, sits at an angle with an opening in the front, has a ground bottom so that it sits and doesn't roll. Nice to use for small flowers. If used as a paperweight, the opening can be used for holding paperclips, etc. (It could have been designed as an ashtray, but there are none of the typical grooves to hold a cigarette). This is a lovely piece to use and display in home or office. I also have another like this on a different auction--it is green glass with gold flecks, and is about the same size---I could combine shipping if you want to bid on both auctions.
