WOW ! What a wonderful pair of MURIEL OF CALIFORNIA pieces. These are the early Josef Originals before they were Josef Originals. First off I can say I purchased a BLACK LIGHT to check for damage. So here goes: They are 6.25" and 7" tall. They have some light crazing under the glaze which is common with these pieces if you collect you know this. The woman has more and deeper than the man. They do not have any damage. No nicks, etc. They do not have their stickers. The white spots are from the flash, there are no white spots on the faces. But the brown paint is swirled on the bottom and looks like there was probably a brown felt at one time as there are some fibers here and there. I am selling these from my personal collection which I have had for sometime but no one in the family seems to appreciate them so now is the time to move them to a good home.
